Lovely location and great facilities. The indoor pool was lovely and the sauna was a great bonus. We also enjoyed the nearby hiking trails and the beautiful scenery. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the daily weather forecast leaflet and suggestions of places to visit.

Our room was really small and outdated. We also had a problem with the air conditioning, which didn't work properly and made the room really stuffy.

Dinner was good but when the restaurant was busy, food was spoilt by lack of attention to the quality of the food being served by the chef. or his staff.

The swimmingpool was nice but the water too cold. The bedroom was a new one and very confortable, like a jr suite

The hotel was in renovation and that was quite nice to have people in front of you on your balcon at 8h30 when you are opening the curtains. The manager should never propose this room and made only 10% off (108euros instead of 120). That was not fair.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful area, surrounded by picturesque pine forests. The rooms offer amazing views, especially for families with 2+3 children. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet is delicious and offers a great variety of options.

We had a great stay at this hotel in the heart of the Black Forest. the location was ideal for exploring the surrounding areas with easy access via the nearby bus and train station. the room was comfortable and modern, with a great view and sound insulation for a peaceful night's sleep. the spa and wellness area was a highlight, and the buffet breakfast was comprehensive with plenty of options to suit all tastes.

The bathroom could have been better equipped with natural and organic hair and body products.

We had a wonderful romantic escape in the Black Forest, staying in a hotel that was quiet and away from it all. We loved that there was a bus stop nearby, making it easy to explore the area and connect with the train. the pool was a highlight, with a lovely view. We also appreciated the great food and friendly staff at the hotel restaurant.

The breakfast options were limited and lacked non-dairy alternatives. We also experienced a bit of traffic noise due to the hotel's location next to the road.
